the hotel is near luceros square and a short walk to the sea promenade. i found the staff very helpful . the room included blackout curtains, which i appreciated. the included safe was also quite useful.

the gym area is a bit small and not very comfortable (it could use some updating).

the location was AMAZING! it was a quick walk to the train station and the waterfront. dropping off our bags at reception upon arrival and departure was convenient. the room was surprisingly large and had a fridge with a mini-bar.

the shower head was partially broken, made showering a bit difficult. i reported it, but it wasn't fixed . hopefully, they address it soon . the shower was still functional, just not ideal.

i noticed the absence of tea bags, which i see as a simple offering, but it would have enhanced our evenings. i missed sipping warm tea as i gazed out the window.

The hotel is close to the train station, that's a plus, many dining options are also nearby. i liked the spacious rooms. Breakfast had a wide variety of food including churros. the staff was very kind!

the walls were not very soundproofed, i could hear noises from adjoining rooms. also, there weren't coffee or tea facilities available in the rooms, it's something i'd appreciate for future visits. there's no kettle.
